Lock And Key return Program

USPS Lock Return Program Includes All Non-Functioning and Excess: PSIN O306A1, O306A2, O306B, O306D, O306P, O306P1, O308, O910A, O910B, Arrow, Medeco (MAL), Metro, and Rotary Locks and Keys

In an effort to reduce costs and reutilize our existing assets to the fullest extent, a Lock & Key Program is in place for all non-functioning locks and keys. This effort will provide the opportunity to reuse some component parts within a returned lock and or recondition the existing locks. This program allows us to reduce the overall cost of manufacturing new locks. This program also contains a component that allows the Postal Service to generate revenue for brass scrap for locks that can not be reconditioned or where only some of the components in the lock are reused.

This program supports the Postal Service’s overall effort to increase its sustainability with the products we purchase.

In an effort to promote product compliance and remain cost effective, please return all defective and excess locks, keys, and security products to the address below.

All Arrow, Medeco (MAL) and Rotary Locks and Keys should be returned using Signature Confirmation for tracking purposes.
